A heavy-duty high-quality all steel engineering clamp for securely clamping high strength heavy parts under extreme pressure. Made in New Zealand these clamps are one of the most popular choices of trades professionals. The body is cut from a 16mm mild steel plate proving a strong, shock resistant clamping bracket. The screw is manufactured from locally sourced bright steel precision machined to provide fast screw action through a 6 tpi Acme thread. The ball end of the screw supports a swivel pad/foot machined from mild steel to suit ball end. Swivel pad/foot fixed to the screw by a circlip, making it almost impossible to remove while allowing for replacement if damaged.
